SEISCo is established with the aim to render a broad range of EPC and management services for Iranian Industrial projects.
Our employees are graduated from the best universities and have good commands in execution of major oil and gas projects, this makes SEISCo able to perform projects in MC or EPC forms and in accordance with the international standards.

Quality System
General
SEISCo has established a Quality System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 standard in order to ensure the management and clients that the quality of the company products will always meet the explicated requirements as stated in contracts.
SEISCo management is committed to the quality of the company products. The whole personnel have significant roles in fulfilling the company objectives, and are well aware of their functions.
The company manger endeavors to assign experienced specialists in every project, as a remarkable element in achieving the quality objectives, and to use training as an effective means for promotion of the company expertise.
SEISCo Quality System Consists of various components such as Organization, Resources, Processes (Design, Engineering, Procurement, Supervision, Construction, Management Services), and moreover Manuals, Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms and Records.
Quality Planning
At the stage of proposal preparation, the quality of the project is planned by the proposal manger and a draft quality plan is prepared by QA department.
Meanwhile, the likely necessary resources, skills, facilities and equipment are estimated based on preliminary project master schedule prepared by proposal preparation team.
When the project is awarded, then the project QA manger shall update the draft quality plan with the assistance of the project manger and receive client agreement if so required by the contract.
SEISCo shall offer the Quality Plan for each project, which depicts the Quality System, and shows the components and characters thereof.
This Quality Plan refers to those policies, procedures and work instructions that are applicable to the relevant project
