Wet drum separators are designed to process iron from ore mixes and are of two major types of low intensity magnetic field (LIMS) and medium intensity magnetic field (MIMS). This equipment enjoys a Dense Media tank in which the mixture of water and ore particles is driven evenly over the entire surface of drum after being charged into the tank. The mixture, then, passes through the distance between cylinder body and the tank where iron particles are trapped. Passing through respective valves, tail discharges through the lower chamber of tank. Drum separators are manufactured in various standard design and size. These drum types are used to separate and concentrate iron ore fines and produce iron ore concentrates. Specifications: High efficiency in separating iron ore free from field intensity drop off. Adjustable to achieve the desired recovery and grade Dust-free clean separation mechanism High-capacity production Wide range of magnetic field intensity Steel shell and anti-corrosion rubber coat Permanent magnetic field free from power and battery Flexible design to suit customer’s requirements
