ENCRUSTING AND CO-EXTRUDING MACHINE MODEL OM522-N16 Hoppers: - Equipped with two Hoppers one for dough & one for filling. Dough Hopper: The dough Hopper is used for transferring dough and it is made of stainless steel and helix is also made of stainless steel and equipped with separate electromotor with gearbox ( 0.75kw) for each nozzle. -First Hopper(dough) capacity 35kg -Equipped with inverter for dough and also equipped with one electromotors with gearbox for dough. Filling Hopper: The filling Hopper is Double jacket Stainless Steel and equipped with stainless steel screws for transferring filling and also separate gear motor used for directing the filling. It’s also equipped with pump which enables different kinds of filling ( Marmalade, date, mixed almond and walnut or starch and chocolate) to be transferred into the dough. Second Hopper (filling) capacity 35kg. -The filled product weight is adjustable by PLC control system from 8 to 200gr and production speed is as well. - Equipped with one inverter and one electromotor with gearbox for filling. 1-Diaphragm Cutting system: Product forming & cutting system is done by diaphragm. The PLC control system helps adjustment of dough and diaphragm cutting speed. In this case, the product weight ranges from 8 to 200gr. 2- Conveyer Belt: Is equipped with Stamping System/Cutting system and Press Roller a- Stamp: For stamping or pressing specific logo or design on the product. -pneumatic stamps equipped with sensor (electronic eye) the speed and pressure of the stamps are controlled and adjusted by PLC. b- Pneumatic Cutter: -Equipped with pneumatic cutter for cutting the product in desired length. -Equipped with nozzle for extruder products and bars in different shape. -Equipped with individual E-panel, inverters and PLC touch screen control panel. -Dough, filing, diaphragm and conveyer belt are all adjustable by PLC and touch screen panel. -Equipped with PLC control system and touch screen ,the operator can produce new product in short time. -Equipped with various types of extruder products molds up to 10 molds according to buyer’s request. -Equipped with the conveyer width: 20cm THIRD HOPPER FOR PRODUCING DOUBLE COLOR CENTER-FILLED COOKIE AND BISCUITS WITH DOUBLE FILLING OR COOKIE AND BISCUITS WITH TWO FILLINGS -Stainless steel screws for transferring the dough -Equipped with one electromotor with gearbox for the nozzle -Stainless steel chassis -Equipped with tubes and nozzles for double color and double filling products -Equipped with one electronic board for filling control which is installed in control panel. -Third hopper capacity: 20kg
