The automatic hamburger machines, form hamburgers, with standard dimension of ø 100 mm, from meat, fish, soy beans and other food products. Thanks to their small dimensions, these machines can be fit without any problem into small or large production lines. They can guarantee approx. 2100 pieces/hour, already with separating paper. Regulating a nut, it is possible to change the weight of the hamburgers from 70 to 180 g. there are also available different forms, which are easily replaceble without the use of tools. These machines has an outfeed conveyor just to manipulate as less as possible the formed product and to avoid the bacterial growth. They are built from stainless steel AISI 304 and other food material, as requested by the European laws effective from 1/1/95 (Directive 87/37/CE and successive modifications). All “CE” marked.
