Description

Warm baseboard dimensions: A - Height of the warm skirting board - 140 mm B - Depth of the product mounted on the wall - 30 mm C - Height of the heating module - 64 mm D - Diameter of copper tube - 15 mm E - Heating module depth - 23 mm F - Factory length of moulded elements - 2000 mm Baseboard heating system “Charley” consists of heating module, closing aluminum profile, heat-resistant back strip, brackets, electric heaters with a set of terminals, and end and corner aluminum elements allow to create a finished image and aesthetic appearance of the “Warm Baseboard” system of any geometric shape. Power supply of the electric baseboard is carried out from the AC mains 220 V. Temperature control and management of the system is carried out through a thermo regulator with an air temperature sensor. In electric baseboard heating systems can be used thermostats of different levels: from conventional electromechanical to electronic with programming function. The heating module is the main part of the baseboard heater. It consists of copper pipes with a diameter of 15 mm. on which a snake tightly planted aluminum tape with plates-lamellas. The lamellas are mounted on the pipe by mandrel-type screwing. The heating module is housed in a casing, which consists of a heat-resistant back strip and aluminum strips: upper and closing. The heating module is mounted inside the box using brackets. Tubular electric heating elements (TENs) made of heat-resistant carbon steel with a power of 200 W per 1 m.p. are inserted into the heating module. Low temperature on the surface of the heating element eliminates the passage of oxidative processes, so the oxygen in the room is not burned out. The peculiarity of the electric version of the baseboard system “Charley” is that a special version of the heating module “Premier” has been developed, which has only single finning, and the pipes are made of a special aluminum alloy. Since the fins are also made of anodized aluminum, due to the homogeneity of the materials it is possible to increase the speed of initial heating during the start-up of the system, and as a consequence - reaching the operating temperature will also be faster. The price of this heating module is significantly lower than a similar variant based on copper tubes.
