Warm baseboard dimensions: A - Height of the warm skirting board - 140 mm B - Depth of the product mounted on the wall - 30 mm C - Height of the heating module - 64 mm D - Diameter of copper tube - 15 mm E - Heating module depth - 23 mm F - Factory length of moulded elements - 2000 mm Characteristics of the water baseboard system: The volume of coolant in one linear meter of the system is 0.26 l/m, the hydraulic resistance is not more than 0.018 m in st/mp, the maximum pressure test pressure is 25 kgf/cm2, and the length of one heating circuit is allowed up to 20 m.p. Baseboard heating system “Charley” consists of heating module, closing aluminum profile, heat-resistant back strip, brackets, connecting fittings and turning elements, and end and aluminum elements allow to create a finished image and aesthetic appearance of the Warm Baseboard system of any geometric shape. The heating module is the main part of the Warm Baseboard. It consists of copper pipes with a diameter of 15 mm, on which an aluminum strip with lamellas is tightly planted. The lamellas are placed on the pipe by the mandrel method. The unique design of the heating module “Charley” is that the finning of the heating module can be made in the form of single (“Standard”) or double (“Power”) finning, which allows you to use modules with different running power, and the material of the lamellae - aluminum, provides better heat dissipation. The original finning of the heating module also eliminates the possibility of various extraneous sounds, which with the linear expansion of metal during the heating - cooling cycle, can be found in other manufacturers. The heating module is located in a housing, which consists of a heat-resistant back strip and aluminum strips: upper and closing. The heating module is mounted inside the box using brackets. Crimp fittings, 90° flexible corner connectors and 180° copper loop fittings are supplied with the warm baseboard to connect the heating part. Charley” warm water skirting board allows assembling connections by soldering, for which standard soldered elements for 15 mm copper pipe are used.
