Field of application: biscuit semi-finished product, cupcakes. DESCRIPTION: "Protekt 100F" (TU 10.42.10-003-17683026-2017) is a separating non-stick food ingredient designed for application to the working surfaces of waffle makers, confectionery and baking molds, baking trays without special anti-adhesion coating when baking products with high content of sugary substances and egg products. DIRECTION: 0.5 - 1.5 kg per 1000 kg of finished product ADVANTAGES: easy and evenly applied on working surfaces; one thin coat is sufficient for effective separation of the finished product; reduces fouling, which prolongs the life of molds and baking trays; has high oxidative stability; prevents sticking of finished products.
