Intermix machine Model: V-INMX 12000 Application: -For mixing liquid and syrup in desired proportions and injection of CO₂ gas to the product (carbonated beverages). Characteristics: -The machine is equipped with: Stainless steel tank for water. Stainless steel tank for syrup. Vacuum pump for deaeration of water. High pressure stainless steel pump with dosing nozzle (venturi type) for mixing water by syrup. Plate cooler for cooling the mixed product. Two unit high pressure stainless steel pump with three adjustable (venturi type) dosing nozzle for injecting CO₂ gas to product. Stainless steel tank for water –syrup- gas mix. Automatic CIP system for cleaning all the parts in contact with product. All the parts in contact with product is made of stainless steel 316 and machine cladding is made of stainless steel 304. Control Mechanism: The machine operates automatically and is equipped with temperature control, level control for all tanks and pressure control for the gas, water and product.
