Overlap shrink packing machine model: OL-SH 25 Application: Wrapping of plastic bottles (PET, Polyethylene ….) in 2, 3 or 4rows without tray for products like mineral water, yogurt drink, beverages etc… Wrapping plastic: polyethylene roll (PE) with 40-120 microns thickness. Characteristics: -The machine has two compartments, configuration table and heating tunnel. -The configuration table is arranging the final pack (maximum 4×6) as desired. -The machine is using one plastic roll only. -The nylon is cut according to size of pack and wrapped around the pack in such a way that two cut edges are facing each other (overlap system). -The machine operates without welding bar and while passing through the heating tunnel the overlapped sections of pack joins together firmly. - Inside tunnel hot air circulation is realized by heating elements and circulation fans. Control Mechanism: The machine is full automatic in operation and is equipped with electronic control (PLC), Touch screen color monitor and electronic speed control (frequency inverter). Is equipped with control system for the compressed air and existence of plastic film.
