We manufacture and supply hollow aluminosilicate microsphere (cenosphere, ceramic microsphere), glass microsphere, glass microball and innovative products based on them. Hollow aluminosilicate microsphere sizes range from 0 to 500 microns, glass microsphere sizes range from 0 to 125 microns and glass microballoon sizes range from 0 to 1100 microns. Aluminosilicate microspheres of power ashes are hollow glass-crystalline microspheres with the average size from 5-50 microns to 400-500 microns, which are formed as part of fly ash during high-temperature coal flaring. The annual volume of microspheres supply - of various modifications - is about 12 000 tons. Shipment - by motor transport, rail cars and containers - transport packaging - 4-layer paper bags of 25 and 30 kg and ICR (big-bags) of 500-550-600 kg. The unique combination of such qualities of this technogenic product as microspherical design, low density, high mechanical strength, thermal stability and chemical inertness provided a wide range of applications of aluminosilicate microspheres abroad as thermal insulating materials, radio-transparent ceramics, fillers of composite materials and special types of cement. Along with this, aluminosilicate microspheres are also a promising raw material for obtaining on their basis catalysts, adsorbents and encapsulating materials capable of functioning under the influence of aggressive media and high temperature. We utilize the special unique properties of microspheres and glass microballoons that allow us to apply them to a wide variety of industries - oil and gas and refractory, construction and paint, medical, plastics and synthetic rubbers.
