It is easy to use the thermal blanket at home, you can get into the blanket and wrap it around by yourself. Start with a 15-20 minute session to allow your body to acclimate to heat therapy. As your body becomes more heat-conditioned, you can increase your sauna blanket session. For more effective body wraps you can wrap a plastic sheet around your body or at specific areas of the body on top of a layer of herbal or natural ingredients and then cover up with the thermal sauna blanket.
