The Technic Construction Co. was founded in 1949. The Company's main field of activities includes civil and building construction, industrial plants, highways & motorways, roads & bridges, irrigation ducts & channels, piling works as well as other infrastructural projects. Toward implementing projects based on the highest quality and standards as well as consistent with the requirements of our clients, Technic relies on its highly professional and trained staff, strong financial capabilities and its extensive and wide-ranging fleet of self–owned construction machinery and heavy equipment.
Our company provided the necessary formworks, portal cranes, hydraulic tensioning apparatus and other auxiliary equipment to manufacture pre-stress /post-tension beams used in motorway viaducts and bridges. Technic is also involved in the ready-mixed concrete technique.
Moreover, we are one of the leading pavement construction companies of Iran owning a number of Asphalt Plants (160 & 250 ton/hr capacity) along with the relevant transportation, spreading and compaction capabilities detailed in the following pages.
Technic's financial standing has consistently improved during the last 5 years, with our turnover now close to US$86 million just for civil works. But the fact is in light of our company's human and technical resources, large collection of construction equipment, healthy financial situation, quality and standard of services offered, etc., Technic's capacity is far beyond the existing figures.
The economic uncertainty in the country, lack of a coherent development strategy and cuts in Iran's allocated budget for construction and development projects have all hampered our company's potential from exceeding its present level of turnover total. Furthermore, the failure by our different clients to make good on their financial commitments has also negatively impacted our turnover figures, even though the volume of undertaken works were much higher
