LANHIT has been a manufacturer of high and special purity inorganic compounds since 1991. LANHIT has been active in the global market since 1998 and supplies products to more than 10 countries worldwide. Using in-house research and development, LANHIT has been producing a wide range of high purity inorganic compounds for over 30 years, which are used in research in a wide variety of modern science and technology fields: - in the metallurgy of many metals and semiconductor materials; - in microelectronics, fiber optics and optoelectronics; - as catalysts in basic organic synthesis, synthesis of organoelement compounds, film-forming substances, etc. Our production includes more than 400 names of compounds of about 60 elements of periodic system and includes high-purity oxides of REM, crystal hydrates of nitrates, chlorides, bromides, sulfates, acetates, oxalates of REM, selenides of molybdenum and tungsten, sulfides of germanium, europium, samarium. However, the main specialization of LANHIT is synthesis and deep purification of inorganic halides, obtaining them in anhydrous and ultra-dry (moisture content less than 100 ppm) state - technologies developed and protected by patents and know-how. Such halides are used for crystal growth, synthesis of organoelement compounds, for research in solar energy and fiber optics. Scientific research on synthesis of chemical substances and new materials, development of methods for obtaining reagents with specified parameters of composition and purity allow to quickly establish production of required compounds. LANHIT develops and uses special equipment for synthesis and purification by methods of sublimation, distillation, rectification, zone melting, directed crystallization.
